How do I create a healthy evening routine?

You know how it goes – we all need at least 8 hours of sleep to function properly in everyday life.
If you struggle with deep sleeping, check out our five ways to create a healthy evening routine:
No more screens – put your phone away an hour before bed. This will help to switch your mind off.
Do your skincare – if you’ve worn makeup in the day, always remove it with your favourite cleanser. Then comes moisturiser, or a mask if your skin needs a boost.
Read a book – another way to distract and calm your mind, as you get lost in the pages.
Avoid caffeine or fizzy drinks – this will only keep you awake or your thoughts racing, so steer clear of overly sugary foods and drinks in the evening.
Listen to chilled music – try a relaxing playlist to set the scene for a perfect night’s sleep.
